What began as KTS Constructions & Projects has since evolved into Baya Arc — a design studio started by two friends with a shared vision. A journey from building projects to designing possibilities.
The name Baya is inspired by the baya weaver, nature's master architect — a bird known for building intricate, resilient nests purely through instinct and care. Arc stands for architecture itself: vision, structure and timeless form. Together, Baya Arc describes what we try to do on every project: turn ideas into spaces that are strong, functional and genuinely beautiful to live in.
Our identity is deliberately restrained — a black-and-white palette that favours clarity over trend. Black for confidence and structure. White for openness and clarity. It mirrors how we design: with intention, not decoration.
To deliver considered, high-quality architecture and interior design that enhances how people live and work — building long-term relationships through integrity, precision and attentive service.
To be a trusted name in architecture recognised for design excellence, technical precision and spaces that hold up — aesthetically and structurally — for generations.
Four ideas we return to on every project, regardless of scale or budget.
Every line is intentional. Every proportion is considered before it reaches a drawing board.
We design away from trends, toward spaces that still feel right a decade on.
Materials, light and structure resolved together — not treated as separate decisions.
Honest budgets, honest timelines and a design that does what we said it would.
Baya Arc was founded by two friends with one shared vision, and is led today by Muhammed Sabeel K T, Managing Director, who oversees every project from first concept through to site handover — keeping design intent and construction reality in the same conversation.
The studio works with a small, focused team so every project gets direct attention from concept to completion, rather than being handed down a chain.
